WHO I AM

Butterfingers By Preetanjali is a Kolkata-based Patisserie, specialising in naked cakes, healthy cookies, macarons, granola and tastefully curated desserts tables. Reimagining convention in everything I create, from the simple decadence of the naked cakes to the unprocessed goodness of the cookies and granolas, it celebrates the beauty of the natural form in every mix because I believe that the finest things come unmasked.

My distinct understanding of flavour and passion for creativity led her to Le Cordon Bleu, London and on the path to becoming a fine patisserie. Helped by her creative experience working in the film and fashion industry, she learnt the art of French culinary technique and the elan of British High Tea. I have been a part of the esteemed judging panel of Diageo Worldclass 2023 & 2024, Chef Gary Mehigan’s Team in Kolkata, catering to various events and stores, published in media for recipe developments and my achievements.
